Niagara Falls

Cascading waters, white mists, rugged rocks - it’s one of the 7 World Wonders and one of the most romantic places on Earth. It’s made up of three separate parts - Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. You can take sweeping views from the observation deck of the nearby Skylon Tower. Fireworks over the falls are a must see.

Up Close and Personal

Take a trip on the famous Niagara River boat ride offered by Hornblower Niagara Cruises. This Voyage to the Falls takes riders from the Canadian docks at the base of the Great Gorge, past the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and the awesome up-close and personal connection with the thundering water, awesome power and amazing mist of the mighty Horseshoe Falls! Another way to get close to the Falls is to Journey Behind the Falls. This 30-45 minute tour takes visitors on an elevator 150-feet down through bedrock to tunnels behind the Falls, including an Observation Deck at their base.

Adrenaline Rush

Adventure seekers head straight to Niagara Helicopters or Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours. Niagara Helicopters takes off every 15 minutes in six-seat helicopters for an unmatched experience of the Falls, while Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours takes visitors on a 1500 horsepower Jet Boat (choose the Wet Jet to feel the water or the Jet Dome to stay dry) into Class 5 whitewaters and the famous whirlpool.

Kid Fun

Clifton Hill is kid-fun central and for another view of the Falls, stop at the Skywheel, a Ferris wheel rising up 53 metres with enclosed gondolas seating six.

Clifton Hill

Bright lights await at Clifton Hill - the undisputed entertainment capital of the Niagara region. Here, a stones throw from the Falls, you can take a ride on the giant ferris wheel, dodge dinosaurs on the beastly mini golf course and soak up the buzz of the arcade games, family restaurants and themed attractions.

Nighttime

The Falls are just as spectacular at night as during the day. After you've packed in all these activities, take a moment to enjoy the candy-coloured nightly Falls illumination. And on select nights each week, fireworks displayed over the Niagara River adds a little extra dazzle.

World Class Golf

We're conveniently located less than a mile from The Whirlpool Golf Course; one of Canada’s most highly rated and renowned public golf courses. It is owned and operated by the Niagara Parks Commission and is located in a spectacular setting against the backdrop of the Niagara River Whirlpool and Gorge.  Also close by (3km) is the Thundering Waters Golf Club. This is John Daly’s first “Signature” golf course in Canada. The course features the high risk-reward style of John Daly to enhance the excitement for players of all skill levels.

Niagara on the Lake

Major battle fields of the war of 1812 - you can soak up the military history at the Fort George National Historic site. Niagara on the Lake is now a pretty little town known for its serene boutiques and preserved 19th century buildings. It’s also at the heart of Ontario’s wine region, with plenty of wineries from large estates to tucked-away gems offering guided tours and tantalazing tastings.
